Our Partners are some of the leading aluminium extrusion manufacturers in the world, boasts up-to an impressive installed production capacity of 180,000 metric tons per annum. Their state-of-the-art facilities comprise 16 cutting-edge aluminium extrusion presses, ranging from 750 UST to 4000 UST capacity. They have also invested in top-of-the-line billet casting facility (Hot Top casting) imported from the USA, as well as a modern tool shop equipped with CNC, EDM wire cut, and other ancillary equipment.

A wide range of aluminium alloys are made available to you, including AA 1XXX, 2XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX, 6XXX, 7XXX, and 8XXX series. To cater to our client’s varied requirements, Jindal Aluminium brings an extensive range of extruded alloys. Of these, the top 5 variants and their major applications are given below.

6063: This heat-treatable Mg-Si based aluminium alloy is also the most popular commercial grade extrusion alloy. Thanks to its superior surface finish and medium strength, it is typically used for general extrusion applications where the aesthetic appearance is of paramount importance. Some examples include windows, doors, hinges, curtain walls, handrails, wall facings, trimmings and mouldings. It is also used for various architectural, transportation, irrigation tube, furniture and light structural applications.

6061: A heat treatable aluminium alloy with Mg-Si-Cu composition, it combines superior strength with machinability. Due to this, it can be used for a variety of applications including building, hardware, bus and trucks, rail couches, ships, pressure vessels and more.

6101: A heat treatable Mg-Si based aluminium alloy, it is ideal for applications where both strength and electrical conductivity are important. Examples include electrical bus bars (solid rectangular bus bar and hollow tubular bus bar), electrical fittings and more.

6082: A heat treatable Mg-Si-Mn based aluminium alloy, it affords high strength and machinability. Thanks to these features, it is frequently used in engineering as well as structural applications in road, rail transport, vehicles, bridges, cranes, roof towers, marine engineering and more.

6005: This is a heat treatable Mg-Si based aluminium alloy. It is largely used where strength and surface finish are equally significant, along with high extrudability. Applications include structural supports of transports, ladders, railings and more.

With our suppliers current production capacity of up-to 150,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA) utilising continuous casting manufacturing process, Our integrated facility includes a captive foundry, holding furnaces, and advanced casters, enabling us to manufacture exceptional quality products ranging from 0.009 mm to 6.00 mm thickness. We specialise in a wide range of aluminium alloys, including AA 1XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX, and 8XXX, making us the preferred choice for customers across various manufacturing segments such as Architectural, Electrical, Electronics, Facade, Solar, Insulation, and Roofing sheets etc.

Our suppliers have have implemented six Twin Roll Casters [TRC]. Through the use of tilted continuous casting technology, these casters produce high-quality cast coils, ensuring excellent solidification and minimal defects. Their facility operates the most advanced high-speed mills in the industry featuring an automatic gauge control system (AGC) to maintain output thickness according to precise specifications. Additionally, we have incorporated an X-ray gauge checking system from Mesacon-Germany and an Automatic Flatness Controller system (AFC) from Achenbach-Germany, surpassing international standards required by the most demanding applications.

Our suppliers are equipped with state of the art in-house painting production line with powder-coat microns varying from 60 to 80. We have 6 plants consisting of 4 horizontal and 2 vertical productions lines.

Our cutting-edge facility houses two foil rolling mills capable of producing foils as thin as0.009 mm. Manufactured by industry leaders Achenbach-Germany and NCHM-China, our foil mills incorporate the finest integrated process control, automation, and drive systems. With our auto flatness controller system (AFC), we surpass international standards, meeting the requirements of even the most demanding applications.

• Aluminium Colour / Bare Roofing Sheets, Our esteemed 'Forever' aluminium roofing sheets are meticulously designed to withstand the test of time, offering durability that spans generations. We proudly manufacture roofing sheets in both bare and coloured forms, featuring RMP (Regular Modified Polyester), SDP (Super Durable Polyester), and PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) coatings. With our wide product range, we can supply aluminium roofing sheets ranging from 0.40 mm to 1.60 mm in thickness. These sheets are available in 1100, 3003, 3103, and 3105 alloys, ensuring suitability for diverse applications.

• Multi Slit Coils, Our extensive range of multi-slit coils can be supplied in various alloys, including 1050, 1060, 1100, 1200, 3003, and 3103.

• Aluminium Litho Coil, Primarily supplied in alloy 1050 and 1060, our litho coils cater specifically to offset printing plate applications.

• Bare Foil, Our foil range comprises alloys like 1100, 1200, 1050, 1060, 3103, 8006, and 8011, serving a wide range of applications.

• House Foil, Our 'Safewrap' house foil is thoughtfully designed to cater to diverse consumer requirements, offering a range of specifications to meet their specific needs. To ensure optimum quality, our house foil undergoes an annealing process under high-accuracy gas-fired furnaces. Subsequently, the foil is hygienically re-wound into easy-to-handle cut reels, ranging from 9 to 72 metres in length, Our house foil is supplied in alloy 8011.
